If you have used the product for at least 30 days as recommended and you have honestly experienced no benefit such as lower or more stable blood sugar levels or more energy, you are eligible for a full refund.
Please e-mail us within 90 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reasons. In order to help us improve our product/service, we may ask you for some information such as whether you used it with or without medication etc.
If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must have used the product for 30 days as recommended.
If you want to return a product that is unopened and in its original condition and fit for resale, you can do so within 90 days of purchase.
